When your organization enables SMS delivery for recall alerts, recipients may receive text messages containing recall notifications and links to response portals. By providing a mobile phone number through an organization that uses RecallCentric, recipients consent to receive these transactional recall alert messages.
- Message frequency varies based on recall activity affecting your organization.
- Message and data rates may apply.
- Recipients may opt out of SMS notifications at any time by replying STOP to any message or by contacting their organization directly.
- For help, recipients may reply HELP to any message or contact us at support@recallcentric.com.
- SMS is used exclusively for recall alerts and compliance notifications. No marketing messages will ever be sent via SMS.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information in the following circumstances:
- With your organization: Recall response data is shared with the enterprise organization that distributed the alert, as the data is collected on their behalf.
- Service providers: We use third-party providers for hosting, email delivery, SMS delivery, and analytics. These providers process data on our behalf under contractual obligations to protect your information.
- Legal requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request.
- Business transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
5. Data Retention

Contact and account information is retained as long as necessary to provide the Service and fulfill legal obligations.
